WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Arsonistic was born from the ashes of an old high school band Miguel was a part of: a group of individuals who sought to turn their raw, untamed energy into something meaningful. At its core, the band was all about fire - burning intensity and raw expression.
As the band eventually parted ways, the fire inside still burned bright in Miguel. He believed that fire wasn’t something to be feared. It was something to harness - an energy that can be used to create and rebuild.
As arson is used to describe the act of setting fire, "arsonistic" became the process of igniting something from within, and letting it burn until it transforms into something undeniably beautiful and real. This philosophy became the foundation of Miguel’s creative pursuits: filmmaking and photography.
Thus, from the ashes of a collective ideal, Arsonistic resurrected into a philosophy - a way of living through creation. It became his mission to take raw, chaotic energy and shape it into something meaningful that can leave an indelible mark on his audience.
Through Arsonistic, Miguel wishes to spark the flames of creativity in others, igniting the passion to tell stories, share experiences, and connect with the world in ways that only visual storytelling can.
